Grant by Nycholas Shemynge of Framlyngham att the Castell in the county of Suffolk, yeoman, to Nycholas Cole of Tattyngeton in the said county, carpenter, for £80 of all that close or piece of ground in Framingham commonly called "Atheredes" containing 4 1/2 acres, lying between the lands of the said Nycholas Cole to the east and the common way leading from Herksawe Grene to Lampette Broke to the west, and abutting on the lands of John Smythe towards the north and the little way or lane lying between the said close and the lands of the grantor called Burttons Medowe towards the south. The grantee paying 8d. yearly to the lords of the fee, free of all incumbrances, except dower of Elizabeth the grantor's wife. Endorsed with a note of livery of seisin.
